Arts, craft and food marquee applications
The Arts, Crafts and Food Marquee is a big open marquee directly opposite the main show ring. In the marquee we welcome traders and crafts people selling unique, quality and speciality items. In addition we have space for traders wishing to sell (not hot/takeaway) food and drink.
A stand in the marquee offers 10ft frontage with a depth of 7ft. One 6ft table and a chair is provided and you are welcome to bring your own additional tables or rails etc. to fit within the allocated space. If you do not require a table from us just let us know.
The cost for a stand in the marquee on the main show day (Sunday), is £40. You also have the opportunity to trade on the Saturday as well for no extra cost, however please be aware that there is limited attendance on the Saturday as it is for show jumping only.
An electric point can be provided to your stand for an additional £5.
Once your application has been confirmed, you will need to send a cheque made payable to 'Bicester and Finmere Show' to the address provided in order to guarantee your stand.
Please note that applications in certain categories will be limited so that we can achieve a good mix of stands in the marquee.
